5107. Statistical Analysis of Neural Data

3.00 credits

Prerequisites: Open to graduate students; advanced undergraduates with instructor consent. Not open to students who have passed PSYC 5270 when offered as Statistical Analysis of Neural Data.

Grading Basis: Graded

Practical introduction to the analysis of neural data. Lectures and problem sets will involve programming in Matlab, R, or Python. Course is suitable for students with a background in either quantitative methods or neuroscience.
