The State of Connecticut, Department of Children and Families (DCF) is seeking qualified individuals for Post-Doctoral Fellow Psychologist (Clinical) positions located at the Albert J. Solnit Children’s Center, South Campus Hospital. The Albert J. Solnit Children’s Center – South Campus is a state-administered Psychiatric facility for Connecticut’s children who are under the age of eighteen. 

Job Duties Include, but not limited to 

• Selects and administers diagnostic tests to patients/clients with psychopathological manifestations 

• Analyzes results of tests and develops treatment plans 

• Conducts individual and group psychotherapy, family counseling and community consultations under supervision 

• Makes recommendations for transfer, discharge and follow up activities 

• Participates in development, implementation and coordination of new service programs 

• Conducts psychological research
