The Position 

The Department of Psychology in the College of Arts and Science at Vanderbilt University seeks applications for a tenure-track assistant professor position in the areas of cognition and cognitive neuroscience broadly defined. Position to start August 16, 2027. 

Job Qualifications Include, but not limited to 

• Candidates should be eligible for a tenured-track appointment 

• Have a strong track record of research 

• Be prepared for teaching cognition, cognitive neuroscience, and/or vision science 

• A Ph.D. in Psychology, Neuroscience, or a related discipline, awarded no later than August 1, 2027, is required
