Tenure-line Faculty Position at the Level of Assistant Professor

Cognitive and Behavioral Neuroscience (CBN) is seeking a tenure-line faculty position at the level of Assistant Professor with expertise in the intersection of AI and neuroscience. This might include, in connection with neuroimaging, computational models of cognition, genetics, or other related areas. The successful applicant would be expected to teach and advise at the graduate and undergraduate levels.

Needs: CBN is a rapidly developing field, and AI approaches, including Deep Neural Networks and Large Language Models, play an increasing role. At the same time, researchers at the interface of neuroscience and AI are playing important roles in developments in AI. We are seeking a faculty member who can bring expertise in this area and develop research and education opportunities for graduate and undergraduate students, in line with broader university goals in AI.
