Research Interests

Dr. Bandinelli’s research focuses on assessing the impact of stressful events throughout development, mainly evaluating aspects of human cognition that are affected by adverse childhood experiences and chronic stress. He seeks to understand the impact of stress on people’s physical and mental health and which psychological interventions could help them cope with these situations. He has clinical experience with adult patients, focusing his interventions on cognitive and behavioral strategies to help them seek their psychological well-being.
