Position

The State of Connecticut, Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS) is currently seeking a qualified and experienced individual for the position of Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor to join our team.  As a strategic leader within the organization, you will be responsible for the clinical and administrative operations of ongoing treatment programs, Community Support Program (CSP) and Clinical Service Unit (CSU). 

Job Duties Include, but not limited to 

• Provides administrative and clinical supervision to the supervisor of CSU and team leader of CSP and provides backup support for both programs as needed. 

• Reviews, monitors, and audits clinical records of programs, provides feedback and implements corrective plans as needed. 

• Monitors the quality of client care and ensures services delivered meet the Joint Commission Standards of Care, state and federal laws and regulations, DMHAS and SWCMHS policies, procedures, and guidelines. 

• Ensures CSP services provided meet DMHAS fidelity standards.
