Position

The State of Connecticut, Department of Correction (DOC) is seeking to fill a position for a highly motivated and experienced Psychologist to join our behavioral health clinical leadership team as a Supervising Psychologist 2 (Clinical). 

Job Duties Include, but not limited to 

• Supervises a comprehensive psychology or multidisciplinary clinical program 

• Provides clinical consultation on complex cases 

• Schedules, assigns, oversees and reviews the work of staff 

• Provides staff training and assistance 

• Conducts performance evaluations 

• Determines priorities and plans program work 

• Establishes and maintains program procedures 

• Develops or make recommendations on development of policies and standards
