Psychology Minors

Minor in Psychology: To obtain a minor in Psychology, students are required to take a minimum of 15 credits of 2000-3000 level Psychology coursework. Students must receive a grade of C (2.0) or better in each course. Please see the Undergraduate Program Assistant in Room 100A to declare the Psychology minor.

  • The Psychology Minor Plan of Study can be found here. Use this form to plan and keep track of the courses taken for the Minor in Psychology.
  • Students must take: One Area I course, One Area II course, and three other 2000-3000 level PSYC courses in any area. See the Minor Plan of Study for the approved courses.
  • During the first four weeks of you final semester complete TWO copies of the Minor Plan of Study form. Submit both copies to BOUS 100A To obtain the Associate Department Head's signature.

Minor in Neuroscience: Students interested in minoring in Neuroscience may consult Dr. John Salamone. The Neuroscience minor plan of study may be found HERE. To declare the Neuroscience minor please go to the Undergraduate Advising window in BOUS 100A.
